4Roots Cafe recently opened inside the Orlando Science Center, offering plant-forward menu offerings and produce sourced from local growers and farmers.
The space was previously operated by Subway for many years. In early 2020, 4Roots started the project to transform the space into the cafe.
The 4Roots Cafe serves Orlando Science Center visitors, as well as anyone on DoorDash and Uber Eats!
The Cafe features a living plant wall, and will soon feature a Food Heroes Exhibit, showcasing local farmers and growers within our community.
The menu features delicious pairings, with fresh flavors from local produce and breads. The Roasted Red Pepper Focaccia was one of my favorites!
