The COOP Launches a New Handcrafted Lunch Menu

Toasted Italian Sub, Chicken Cordon Bleu Sub, and Chicken Parmesan Sub

Beginning October 13th, The COOP, an award-winning Southern Style Restaurant by 4Rivers, is offering a new lunch menu! Great for takeout, these new menu items were developed by John Rivers, Founder and CEO of 4R Restaurant Group. The lunch lineup includes Nashville Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Brisket Hot Dog, Cordon Bleu Sub, Chicken Parmesan Sub, Toasted Turkey Sub, Toasted Italian Sub, Classic Burger, COOP Burger, and COOP Chicken Wraps – available as Chicken Tender Salad, Buffalo and Blue Chicken Salad, Crispy Chicken Caesar, Roasted Chicken Cobb, and Southern Spinach Salad.

I was able to try out some of the new lunch items, and they did not disappoint! My personal favorite was the Toasted Italian Sub paired with Crinkle Cut Fries! This sub is stuffed with Ham, Salami, Capicola, Melted Provolone, Lettuce, Tomato, and Onion!
